Michael Hart, President and Senior Consultant at HUMAN, has over 25 years experience in Quality Management and Business Excellence. He is a member of the National Board, and National Capital Region Chapter Board, of Directors for the Canadian Public Sector Quality Association (CPSQA) and on the Executive Board of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) Ottawa Valley Section. He is a senior member of ASQ designated as a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) and Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CQMOE). He also holds the designation of Certified Excellence Professional (CEP) by the National Quality Institute (NQI), administrator of the prestigious "Canada Award for Excellence".
