HUMAN has representation on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Public Sector Quality Association (CPSQA), been a past member of the Executive Board of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) Ottawa Valley Section for over a decade and is a member of Meeting Places Inc., Canada's national training and consulting community. We are also on the planning committee of the annual Ottawa Public Sector Quality Fair.

Michael Hart, President and Senior Consultant at HUMAN, has over 27 years experience in Quality Management and Business Excellence. He is a member of the National Board, and National Capital Region Chapter Board, of Directors for the Canadian Public Sector Quality Association (CPSQA) and past member of the Executive Board of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) Ottawa Valley Section. He is a senior member of ASQ designated as a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) and Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CQMOE). He also holds the designation of Certified Excellence Professional (CEP) by Excellence Canada (formally NQI), administrator of the prestigious "Canada Award for Excellence".
