HUMAN expounds the value of having good, solid policy statements that help guide organizations to become truly great. Because we practice what we preach, the following are our own versions to help guide us through the 21st Century. It should also give a good idea as to who we are and who we want to be.

Mission - This is the raison d'être for the organization. It should be to the point and may provide clarity for both employees of the organization and it's clients as to the products and services it provides, and the market it provides them to.

Our Mission

"Through our core trademarks of simplicity and customer focus, we assist clients throughout the world in their achievement of organizational excellence through expert facilitation, wise consultation, interactive workshops and other tools that bring about structure, awareness and success to whatever improvement initiative they plan."

 

Vision -  This is what keeps us moving forward, even against discouraging odds. Vision is the most powerful motivator in an organization. If it's vivid and meaningful enough, people can do astounding things to bring it to realization. The Vision statement may be in the form of a wish or a description of the foreseeable future.

Values or Principles - these are usually short statements or attributes that represent the environment the organization wants to create through the everyday activities of their employees.

Our Values & Principles

  1. Treat everyone in life with the dignity and respect that they deserve.
  2. As far as possible without surrender be on good terms with all persons.
  3. Speak your truth quietly and clearly; and listen to others.
  4. Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans.
  5. Be proud of the contribution you provide, however humble; if you are the best in what you do, no-one can ask for anything more.
  6. Strive for high ideals; and know that everywhere in life there is heroism.
  7. Beyond a wholesome discipline, be yourself; you are a child of the universe, and have a right to be here, and be happy.
